The Supreme Court House is the third stop in our heritage series which offers a tour through Oatlands' most iconic buildings weaving a tale of dark by deeply colourful history. Like their namesakes, each cask matured whisky in this series is complex, intriguing and essentially flavoured by time.

Nose: Luscious campfire smoke and roasted hazelnuts leap out of the glass and give way to more delicate creme brûlée and toffee notes.

Palate: Peat smoke, hazelnut and raisins dominate the front palate with Christmas spice that spreads across the middle and sides of the tongue. A complex and balanced palate of flavours and textures that sitsdeepon the palate.

Finish: The finish has hints of sea salt and wonderfully persistent peated characteristics that linger on your palate.

Cask: PX French Oak
