Neisson Le Bio Rhum Blanc 52% Agricole Rum from Martinique 700ml

This Rhum is using sourced sugar cane from Neisson's own forty hectare sugarcane farm planted in La Carbet which benefits from the towns mineral rich soils due to its proximity to Mount Pelée as well as high sunlight exposure and a good fluctuation of rain and temperature variation. The fresh sugar cane juice is then fermented for 72 (one of the longest fermentation times of the French Indies) and utilises natural yeasts and bottled at 52.5%

Nose: Blend of confectionary and floral with mix of blackcurrent and subdued sugarcane

Palate: Velvery texture, pronounced baking spice, fresh sugarcane, cooked pepper
