"Located in Angeac Champagne, the Boinaud vineyard has belonged to the same family since 1640. Planted with Ugni Blanc and Colombard, the vineyard spans 410 hectares.

Produced with a blend of Petite and Grande Champagne, this “very superior old pale” cuvée is far more than an after-dinner tipple; it is also crafted for use in cognac-based cocktails such as the Vieux Carré.

With fruit, honey and delicate wood in its aroma, it overflows with exoticism on the palate. On first sip, the increasing richness eventually surrenders to its innate floral character. With an extremely delicate texture, the finish takes on stunning autumn tones of forest floor.
