This special bottling of Kavalan Solist Sherry Cask is bottled by The Auld Alliance in Singapore at 53.6% alcohol and is non-chill filtered, with natural color. This whisky is fully matured in a Sherry Cask, bottled in 2017 at cask strength and only 506 bottles were produced.

NOSE: Rich and complex, with dominant notes of dark fruit and spices from the sherry cask. There are also hints of toffee, caramel and dark chocolate.

PALATE: Full-bodied with a rich, warming mouthfeel. The sherry cask provides notes of dried fruit, nuts, and dark chocolate. The palate also shows notes of vanilla, honey, and spices.

FINISH: Long and complex, with a subtle sweetness. The sherry cask maturation is well-integrated and adds a nice complexity to the whisky. The high alcohol content gives a nice kick to the finish.
