Glen Garioch 11 Years Old 2011 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

This Glen Garioch 11 year old was distilled in 2011 and aged in a bourbon hogshead before bottling in 2022 at 53.5% abv with 247 bottles coming from the cask.   Rather than being part of the finest Whisky Berlin Range this whisky is labeled as Jens Drewitz’ Personal Choice No.5, the series reserved for Jens’ favorite drams.   Wonderfully sweet nose of pineapple, tangerine and lemon.  The palate continues with fruits from the nose with a eucalyptus and herbaceous note poking through to the long finish of fine spice and herbs.
