The Distillery 

Established in 1825 and with a history almost as rich as its single cask sherry releases Edradour is one of Scotlands little gems.  This Signatory Vintage single cask bottling is one of the most high regarded of their 10 year old single cask releases in recent time and with the deep rich sherry notes absolutely permeating throughout this dram it is certainly no surprise.   With incredible richness, right from the start, the aromatic palette of this magnificent Edradour plunges us into an incredibly deep and luxurious universe. Just as dense and concentrated, the flavour palette moves fluidly from an initial sequence continually refreshed by juicy fruits and infused aromatic plants to a rustic and autumnal finish that culminates in an incredibly delicate texture.
