- Not paying the $5 Australia Post Surcharge means your parcel will go Uninsured with Australia Post, no refunds will be given, and no replacement will be offered in case of lost or breakage.

Delivery time:

Packaging and dispatch of the order is made the next day of the order.

For Australian Orders please allow 2 to 5 days from posting date for delivery (WA, NT and remote QLD allow 7 to 10 days)

International Orders please allow 10 to 15 days.

Customer confidence, reassurance and peace of mind always top our list when it comes to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their Casa de Vinos shopping experience.

Buying a Gift Hamper or a Whisky should be a joyous occasion but we also understand the importance of allowing YOU to feel comfortable in returning items should the need arise. That’s why Casa de Vinos is proud to offer our customers a 30 day returns policy . This means that you can buy a product with full confidence that you can return the item(s) up to 30 days after your purchase.

All we request is that the products are sent back in the original packing and the goods are in the same unused and unopened condition as when you received them. Please send back your item with tracking.

Casa de Vinos will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received the wrong product). The cost of postage will be deducted off your return.

Casa de Vinos Returns policy does not effect your statutory rights of cancellation or return.

Terms and conditions

• Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging.
• The 30 day returns policy does not apply to items that are faulty/damaged – such items will need to be returned in accordance with our faulty items return policy
• You can return any items you purchased from Casa de Vinos for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Items with specific use by dates or promotions are exempt from the 30 day returns policy.

Broken Items Policy

Please, check your item before signing the delivery. In case you receive a damaged item please DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery from the courier company. It is your right to send it back with the courier/Australia Post and we will take care of it and send a replacement immediately

In case you have accepted the delivery or someone on your behalf has, please take a photo of the damaged item, and place a complaint with the corresponding delivery company. We cannot complain for you if you have already accepted the parcel. If you have paid with Paypal, you have 45 days of buyers protection.

If you returned your damaged item with the delivery company we will send you a replacement item and we will place a complaint.

Delivery Details

We consider your responsibility to have the correct details including a phone number for your delivery, in the case your details are not correct and/or you have no contact telephone number you might not be able to receive the cost of the shipping + packaging as a refund
