The modern Australian whisky industry was founded by the legendary Bill Lark in the late 90's, our humble nation has proven time and time again that it is capable of producing some of the world's best spirit. Be it down in the Scottish style climate of Tasmania or deep in the bush in Western Australia, Aussie whisky is a testament to the quality methods and ingredients we use. 

Seeing a big boom in the industry that coincides with the rest of the world, in the past 5-10 years Aussie whisky has exploded and otherwise unknown names have risen to stardom. Notably, distilleries such as Lark and Sullivan's Cove have continued to win medal after medal on the global stage and placed Australia firmly on the map.
