Refunds and Returns Policy
We only accept the return of unopened items within 30 days of purchase. The refund will only be given in the form of store credit.
In the exceptional case we decide to refund the payment for change of mind, if the payment was made by credit, debit or EFTPOS transaction, we will not return the transacion fee that we get charged by the payment provider (as thery do not refund this to us)
Refunds due to change in the postage choice will be only given as store credit.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Faulty Items Policy
In case you receive a damaged package please DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery, send it back with the courier/Australia Post.
In case you have accepted the delivery or someone on your behalf has, please take a photo of the damaged item, and place a complaint with the corresponding delivery company. We can't complaint for you if you have already accepted the parcel. If you returned your damaged item with the delivery company we will send you a replacement item and we will place a complaint.
You MUST be of legal age in your country of residence to purchase liquor from us.
WE DO NOT DELIVER ALCOHOL TO THE USA
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We offer free delivery (AUSTRALIA ONLY) for purchases over $200 (Retail Customers Only) to most Australian capital cities, please contact the store for more information. We do not offer free shipping to overseas orders.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound(half kilo)
International Shipping
If you would like to purchase a product from overseas, please contact us to sales@casadevinos.com.au so we can get you a quote. We do not ship for free outside Australia.
We do not ship alcohol to the US, if you buy a product from the US you will have to organise your own shipping

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME ALL ITEMS WILL BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE WHERE AVAILABLE IF YOU DO NOT WANT AN ITEM TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE AND TAKEN TO THE POST OFFICE PLEASE EXPRESS THAT IN THE COMMENTS WHILE CHECKING OUT OR EMAIL SALES@CASADEVINOS.COM.AU PREVIOUS TO YOUR PURCHASE. FAILING TO DO THIS WIL VOID YOUR INSURANCE.
